Meet the Founder

My name is Kshitiz Bardiya, and I am the founder of Veloura Jewels. My journey in the gemstone and jewellery industry began at 17. Over the past four years, I have worked professionally across the industry, while spending nearly eight years learning, observing, and understanding gemstones, jewellery, craftsmanship, and the business behind them. I have worked with and learned from several gemstone and jewellery companies, gaining experience across different aspects of the industry. I started without a strong support system or predefined path; everything I have built has come through learning, experimenting, working, and starting from scratch. Throughout this journey, I wanted to create something of my own—something distinctive and beautiful in its own way. That thought became Veloura. I created the brand to bring together my understanding of gemstones and jewellery with a contemporary design perspective: pieces that feel distinctive, thoughtfully designed, and beautiful beyond trends. Veloura is still at the beginning of its journey, but every design reflects the years I have spent learning this craft and understanding the industry. This is my attempt to build something I believe in, from the ground up—and this is where the journey begins.
