Return, Exchange & Shipping Policy – Veloura Jewels
At Veloura Jewels, each piece is carefully crafted and thoroughly quality-checked to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy. Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled under any circumstances.
We only offer exchanges in the rare case of a damaged or defective product. To be eligible for an exchange, customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof and report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process any exchange request. Once the issue is verified and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Orders placed with Veloura Jewels are processed and delivered within 10 to 15 business days. Shipping charges are applicable and will be calculated at the time of checkout. Please note that slight variations in color or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen differences. However, all products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure the highest standards.
